First and foremost, they are liars. NO utilities were covered in the rental even though they said they were included. This wasnt a simple mistake, our neighbors claimed the same experience.

Secondly, they will take you to court without hesitation. Even after we paid our bloated rent, the court actions, filed under both names to cause credit damage, continued and we both lost a days work. they seriously need to learn who the client is here.

The tennis courts are always locked because the tennis coach, who doesnt even live there, can have his courts reserved. Its ok, theres better courts for free in caln.

The pool is a nightmare with golfballs reigning down constantly. My neighbors skull was cracked last summer by a rogue golf ball.

My opinion, they are simply too overpriced for such nonsense.
