This has been a great place to live so far and I plan on staying even longer than orginally intended. A few minor maintainance problems have always been handled within the week (anyone who has rented should know, getting anything fixed inside a week is very unusual). Parking is only a problem for those who are too lazy to walk at most the equiv. of a block or two and that is worst case, very friendly neighbors, friendly and caring management. Older apts could use an outside make-over but insides are excellent. thank you fairways!
