I am currently a resident in a 3-bedroom townhome with a garage. It's really nice and pretty when you tour the model and you think how great it's going to be. And then you move in, and things start going wrong. For instance, the powder room toilet should not be used because 9 times out of 10 it will overflow. The maintenance guys tell us it's the way the places were built; other tenants we have come to know have the exact problem. We have all also had similar experiences with the same powder room toilet becoming a fountain and just spewing water out all over the place, when it wasn't even used, but water is being run somewhere else in the house. Everything in the units is of the cheapest quality and because of that, these places are highly overpriced. You definitely don't get what you pay for here. What you see in the model, is most likely not what will be in your unit - beware.

On another note: although we were under the impression that the lofty rental price included snow removal, it has been a week since the snowstorm and we still can't get in and out of our front door without treacherously climbing over a mound of ice. Upon looking around the neighborhood, we discovered most parking lots were never plowed and people were left to park wherever they could find a place to stuff their car. This is unacceptable. Are we all getting a discounted rental rate for next month for the inconvenience' Only if hell froze over too.
