We moved into one of the newer 3 bedroom townhouses 20 months ago. The first 17 months were great and had no complaints. 2 months ago we had a new neighbor move in and it's been unbearable. He has one of these ridiculously loud sub-woofers that vibrates everything on our walls and the thumping at 11:00pm wakes my kids (6yrs. and 9yrs). We have called the police 4 times, we have contacted the leasing office (either by phone or email) at least 5 times, and I've gone next door a few times and personally talked to the tenant with no solution to the problem. No one seems to care that we pay a lot of money to live here and it's now the worst places I have ever lived. I wish I could have gotten more support and cooperation from the management office.

Send a certified letter to their corporate office about it . You can do an email, or just regular mail but usually a certified mail has more effect. You will get a response once corporate heres about it. But I will say that if this music is during the day (9am-8pm) then normally their is nothing they can do. The residents are "able to enjoy their home" with music, but only during the daY, which is unfair ESP if you work nights (like me) and sleep during the day. I've already tried that. It didnt work. Good luck
