not worth the money Moved in Sept 2008...had a week to find somewhere due to lay off..they are spacious..HOWEVER..none of my windows are sealed...the carpet is disgusting even after shampooing 3times in 9months..water pours in my sliding glass doors when it rains....all the so called responsible

I love living here I have lived at the fairways for a year and a half and I love it. I rent a one bedroom apartment. The interior is like new, the view is wonderful, and my neighbors are friendly. I have a dog and I do clean up immediately but unfortunately I have seen those who do not. I

great place to rent! This has been a great place to live so far and I plan on staying even longer than orginally intended. A few minor maintainance problems have always been handled within the week (anyone who has rented should know, getting anything fixed inside a week is very unusual).

NEWLY RENOVATED AND MUCH BETTER This apartment was quite nice. Very clean, very timely service, nice appliances and fixtures (the sinks and faucets are actually "pretty", not just functional).

STAY AWAY We (unfortunately) lived at the 'Fairways' for 1.5 years while our house was being built. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE
When we moved out they stuck us with a $1400 bill citing the carpet needed to be replaced. There was no damage to the carpet whatsoever.

Are you kidding me? Absolutely HORRENDOUS maintenance OK, it recently snowed here. NOBODY shoveled the freaking sidewalks or salted. The walks that are shoveled are done so because the RESIDENTS -- NOT THE MAINTENANCE CREW WHICH IS SUPPOSED TO DO THE WORK -- shoveled out themselves. Lord knows
