Convenient, quiet, and cozy - The convenience to the EL into Philly and other SEPTA transport is awesome. The apartments are located a block away from a main thoroughfare so they remain quiet and cozy. cheap place to live - I lived there from 1999 to 2000. The one bedroom apartment I had was spacious. But there is a rodent and rouch problem. Never had a problem with the heat always warm in my apartment in the winter. One small laundry room with 3 washers and three dryers..good luck with trying to get your clothes washed.
