Not a good place to live. Full of mice and roaches. The rent is too high for the service that is given. The owner does not fix anything. The plumbing is old, the wiring is old. EVERYTHING is old. He increases the rent every year. The garage is falling apart and floods constantly.

I used to live at Shirley Court. They did have a bit of a roach and mice problem, however I do remember them exterminating on a regular basis to try to control it. Whenever I called for maintainence, they came and they told me when they were comming. where I live now-that is only a dream! Yes, everything was old and comming apart. All they would routinely replace were the vanity, toilet, stove, Fridge and sink. Everything else is ancient. I remember blowing fuses all the time there. Rent is on the high side. It includes all utilities but they are overcharging by a good 50 bucks. Not the best place, not the worst.
