I moved there from other states without knowing anything about this place. I wish I had known this apartment rating place back then.

This is the worst apartment I've experienced my entire life so far. Rats and roaches will never leave you alone. The leasing office staff are cruel and tried their every possible way to rip you off. And it asks for 3 months prior notice to move out, otherwise they collect 4 months rent from you as punishment.

All of my friends used to live there have either moved out or plan to do so.
