I lived at Barclay Square for some time. The apartments are a total nightmare, extremely noisy and not well maintained. I had leakage in the bathroom quite often and when I called maintenance to fix it they would take long time to come and fix it. Staff was not at all friendly and would get into frequent arguments with tenants. Apartment walls are very thin and you can probably hear person snoring next door:)
But icing on cake for me was when I left the apartment and moved to another place, after couple of weeks I got notice in mail asking me to pay prorated rent for time I didn't even live in their apartment.So basically they wanted me to pay for their inefficiency. What a sham!!! I advise you to stay away from this place as you can get much better place for same rent.
