Good and Bad

Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2001
 
When I moved in to the Gardens it was pretty good. The neighborhood isn't terribly safe, so I didn't stay there too long. The apartment was very cute- nice architecture,etc., and the price was great. However, the neighborhood and neighbors were noisy (walls were very thin) and many of the other tenants were on drugs or were drunks.
