Ok I am a current resident and I am looking forward to my next move already. It simply can't come soon enough. The main problem that I have is those big brown bugs. they are simply gross. They do send an exterminator but the bugs always seem to come back. Yes I am a very clean tennant and I do have screens so I can only presume that they are coming from the walls, other tennats and outside. The new mgt team is not particularly considerate/caring. The former team was great and always fixed things right away. My other complaint is the size, but I knew that when I moved in. I am just glad that they fixed the parking lot before someone's car swalloed by the earth. I think that the units are great for college students/young people just starting out who are looking to establish themselves and don't have a lot of furniture or clothes!
