Units are remnant of a once beautiful Spanish villa, on a tree lined street.
HOWEVER, between the cracked stucco, sagging deck work, trash constantly swirling around, as well as sitting out on the sidewalk, giant cockroaches, mice, and severe safety issues, take your despiration in close consideration before moving in.
You got those guys who BLAST music all hours of the day and night, non existant management, and a competely wasted, inaccessable alley. I really feel sorry for the homeowners accross the street.

So true! The roaches are at least 2 inches long. They are huge! That alley is just a disaster all the way around! Just stay away from it! Oh, a the few homeowners homes around that way think they own the whole street. They always block the street with their cars, never use thier own drive ways, and start drama just like the rest of the fools at the gardens. Point is many of your neighbors are disrespectful!

this place is just a dump. everyone who lives around here is rude.I wish i had known that before i sucked it up and moved here a few months ago. there are only a few nice people. And true, the homeowners never use their own driveways or garages. they put chairs out when there is no snow-take all parking from those who do not have driveways. they even have the nerve to potty their dogs under our balcony sidewalks! these people really just have no class and they are nasty. no wonder roaches run the sidewalks and the apartments. neighbors just throw their trash anywhere then management does not even empty all the trash! you will see maggots just brewing down in that trash pit beneath your window & balcony. just goes to show you the type poeple you are delaing with and what they think of you.

Your right. everything you said is true. It truley is a shame. I heard these apartments were very nice and the management was more caring. Those days are gone! I would not reccomend these apartments to anyone unless they don't mind sharing their place with mice & giant cockroaches.
