You will never be alone here! Roaches and mice are frequent visitors! Maintainence''' Haha. They never get the job done right until the 3rd time around...if they come!! And the Manager David Kraun is a very unprofessional man. Do not expect this man to talk to you in a reasonable or respectable way. he will try to belittle you and talk to you like your trash. You must be frank when talking to him. Also, they will come into your apartment without your knowledge. They left a note in my bathroom when they had no reason to be in my apartment. How many times have they been here without my knowledge' Parking is horrible. (I do not think many of the tenants work!) Many of your neighbors will be drunks, druggies, or some other. And I would not call it safe around here. Over the last 2 months there has been two gun shooting incidents within The Gardens property. They allow anyone to move in. And once your here, they will give you a hard time about everything. This place is too tiny anyway! I plan on moving as soon as possible. And that should be your goal should you have to move here!
