Wanna experience life at The Gardens' Read all the bad posts about this place and then decide! Nearly everything that has been written about this place I have encountered. Huge roaches, mice, cracking walls and paint, and barley enough heat to keep you warm in the winter. Such a shame. This place has potential, but the people who run this place don't, so that is why there are problems. The property manager is a waste of time and he's mean! I don't take it personal, I just avoid contact with him. Avoid this place if you can. Winter is on it way in, and I am on my way out. There is no way in hell, I could bare another heatless winter here. Oh, did I mention sometimes I could not wash my hiney because the hot water is always broke-in the WINTER! Please, take heed in all the warnings and don't move here! There are a ton of places in this area to choose from.

I just moved too! I couldn't take the heatless winters with no hot water all over again! Oh my, looking back, I don't even know how I tolerated that teeny weeny apartment, invasion of privacy from the staff, that jerk of a property manager and the stares and whistles from the maintenence men. The roaches that came out where gigantic and the nieghbors were nothing but trash. I am so glad I am outta there, it's making me get all worked up just thinking about it. Careful, they don't like to return security deposits. I had to fight for mine. Good Luck with your move!
