It's ok if you feel that your rent should continue to constantly go up every single year! The only that they have done since I've been here is change the carpets and the furniture in the lobby hallway. practically all of the maintenance people live in the buildings or use the addresses so that there kid's can go the schools here in Upper Darby, Pa.

Brenda! Well what can I say! She tells you one price and the then it's Louise to the rescue to correct the problem and add more money that glamour lady couldn't figure out on her own. you come into the office, to speak with her about a money issue, she's scared out of her mind to get up and walk to the window, she will talk to you from her chair like she can't get up to talk to you face to face. And if you come down for a package, she runs to the door and runs back so that you don't have the time to come near her at all. Then she drives different cars I guess so that no one can determine the same car is her's! BUT you have 2 car spaces that occupies a cars that doesn't work! That's two spaces that some one with an operative car could use. But do you think they look at it that way! Not all all they see is $$$$! Not consideration. They rent out parking spaces to people that doesn't even live in the buildings they live on Calvin. There's two parking spaces that 2 people use that live on Calvin. Like what's the purpose of having parking spaces for the tenants if you rent to non-tenants' Again they only look at it for the $$! And that's just sad!
