i was 19 when i first moved in to the building its ok for your first apartment im not the type to complain alot but paint started started to break apart in the bathroom and in the living room i started to see mice coming from cracks under the heaters n roaches (verzion was digging hose n the building so ill blame them)and rent goes up every year but over all now its cool there always cutting the water off when i first moved here the elevator broke down alot but as a first apartment its find it quite over here the area is nice theres not alot of noise in my building i had to get used to the uite noise i have never heard a gun shot sence i have been here so its a good place to start off at
