My wife and I lived in these apartments for 2 years, and while there are definitely some good points, unfortunately, there are some negatives.
First the negatives. The management staff has a hard time maintaining consistant and true records of your rent. So Don't be late with it and you shouldnt have any problems. If something goes wrong or you lock yourself out, stay at a hotel because its virtually impossible to get someone to respond after hours. The water gets turned off once a month (every month) for some reason or another. At least management lets you know way in advance so you know to bathe early that day. And the laundry room could be better. The rent goes up EVERY YEAR!!!
Now the posatives. Louise WILL work with you if something comes up and your late with the rent. (just make sure you keep and acurate account of what you owe. The apartments are pretty noise proof!! (I played my music pretty loud and recieved no complaints) The place is kept pretty clean.Trash is taken out on a regular basis so there is no smell! The elevators work about 75% of the time. (could be worse)Overall, I'd recommend this facility.
