Oakwood is decent living and reasonably priced. Perfect for working adults. If you are looking for luxury, this is not it. But, If it is simple, clean for the most part with decent neighbors. I've been here a year so far and I have no complaints. When I needed things replaced, It was done the same day. I have neighbors but I harldly see or hear them. The only complaint I have is if you come home late; chances of you getting a park in front of your building is out of the question. but, maybe that's not so major. I'm just being lazy:)
