Seems like a great value and a good idea at the time--but if you like rude office staff and being under the cloven hooves of Satan--or as he appears in this complex--Kathy Woodward--knock yourself out. Between having to ice skate to your car in the winter, roof leaks in the apartments that are repaired half-assed, moldy refrigerators that gallons of Tilex can't even destroy, doors that don't close and laundry facilities that take your quarters--you'd do better going camping in the woods taking your chances with the elements and the bears.

i lived in oakwood for 4 yrs. horrible, theft is more than occasional because kathy woodward has criminals running the facility. they don,t do backround checks on the maitenence workers so they dont have to pay them anything. matter of fact i think kathy woodward owes me some money baecause one of her dopefiend workers kept stealing out of my apt.to pricey for the crap you get to live in. dont waste your time or money!
