This is a miserable place to live. The buildings are old and nothing is ever replaced. You are supposed to get free heat, but the heat never works. The windows are 30 years old and leak when it rains. They are also very drafty when it is windy outside. The hallways in my building smell awful - presumably because the carpets are dirty. The neighbors are loud and unfriendly. Children are left to run around all day outside screaming at the top of their lungs. Peole also slam their doors and jar you out of your sleep at all hours. There is also a pest problem here however, they do exterminate.
