I have lived in two apartments on this complex. My biggest problem was the noise. You can hear your neighbors, television, radio, showering. It is horrible. The pest problem mentioned is considerable and they do exterminate, but I back up the exterminators and I haven't had as many problems as others. The office is very nice and were quick to assisst me with my noise issues.

There was a substantial rent increase which is why I am leaving also, but its a good place overall.

During this year's past snow storm, you moved your car at your own risk. After spending 2.5 hours shoveling I moved my car once and someone stole my spot. so I shoveled again, but left my car there for about 10 days.

I think he could not understand the management. They are really bad and this place is like a hale to live
