I agree with the previous reviewer totally regarding this place. The location of this place is great - you are right outside of Philly and about a 10 minute drive to Springfield. I have lived here for the past 4 years and it's been ups and downs. (more downs). The first couple of years we're good...anything I requested to be fixed was done. However, the last couple of years it's gone from bad to worse. Since the flood and the start of the renovations last year, I have have seen an increase of mice infesting my apartment. You will see them at least once a month. They also have been increasing the rent the last couple of years. I am leaving because of these reasons.
