Not worth the rent increase

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
I lived in the apts for 1 year and was given notification that a rental increase was coming up. The rent increase was $65 a month and we had contining problems w/ roaches throughout the stay. The apts. are fairly large and were reasonably priced before the rent increase. Maintenance is prompt but pest problems are a big issue and rent is kind of high now.
