Don't even think to move here. Mice, Cockroaches, water bugs and what not. The maintenance is poor and the lease contract is making the people in trap. I lived here about two years and in future I will never come back here, even if I don't get any place to rent. I will strongly recommend everyone not to move to here.

Example of few problems: Over & over I keep complaining about the mice & roach problem and every time they say we will send an exterminator over next Monday but nobody comes. This place is disgusting andd guess what they got the nerve to tell me when I renew my lease, they will be raising the rent by $40, which is $40 more for maintenance and repair, are they serious, management has lost their mind. Maintenance and repair, WHAT. There are so many apartments vacant there; I think they're really raising the rent because no one is moving in. Trust me and don't move here. If you do, you will only stay one year, like me. They say they offer free heat, they don't turn on the heat until Oct or Sept, and you can't control the temperature at all. The windows are old; in the winter you can feel a cold draft. I called the manager about the air coming thru my window, this lady is going to tell me put some curtains up, the nerve of her. I had some many problem at this apartment it's crazy. From the toilet, dysfunctional dishwasher, mice, water bugs, uncontrolled heat, smells in the hallway, drafty windows, fridge leaking water, and thin walls. This place just collect the rent and tell you to screw-off.
