I have been living there since April 2007 and have had the worst experience in my life with landlord. I have had him tell me that he was going to put a vanity in my bathroom the first day that I moved in; the vanity has been sitting in my living room for almost 3 months. I have also complained about a mailbox key for 3 months and just received one, that's 3 months worth of bills that I have not received. It's not in too much of a bad condition it's just that the landlord is a mess himself.

There is a HUGE banner advertising the place outside. I can't seem to understand why they advertise either. I know lots of people who called there for an apartment and never got a call back! Just keep going when you see this place. If they can't return a call to a potential renter, imagine how you would be treated if you were a tenant!

this is the worst place to live ever. When I first received my keys the apartment wasn't even finished I had no idea it was in this condition the slum bum landlord then took 6 days to finish my apt and still wasn't completly done it look like stevie wonder painted my apt every door knob has paint on it it was dust everywhere you should have seen the condition of my tub it had paint chips allover no grout in the tiles these drunks painted my apt closed the doors then when I opened each door you could hear and see the thick ass paint cracking they had tools in my apt for 2weeks the front door is chipped the windows don't work properly the elevator door would slam so hard that you could fell the walls vibrate and someone would always pull the fire alarm the rooms overall are of good size but this building is not worth the Money they charge and you have to pay for parking and at night there's nowhere to park except on the other side of the playground this building needs major renovations
