I would rather live in a dumpster. In 2006 the management was horrible, he came to fix my bathroom sink in Dec of 06 and it was never finished not even when I left. Drug addicts on every floor even had one living in the basement. Stinky halls and elevator, some of the worst smells in my lifetime. Neighbor on floor above me flooded the bathroom sink causing water to leak from the kitchen light fixture, manager said she always does that. New management promised to fix my sink...never happen. Had big holes in baseboard of the kitchen for mice,rats, and roaches to come and go as they please. Roaches and waterbugs resistant to industrial strength bug spray. Small fridge with basically no icebox. Actually saw my first real live in person rat. Loud neighbors, 3am fire alarms, no secure doors. Owner office in NY never answer the phone and I mean never To top it all off we were kicked out a week before we were moving out, had recieipts when they came, still got kicked out, claimed they did not receive payment which I had proof. So had to leave and track the money order thank God for USPS, almost a month later the tracking came back, turns out that they cashed the money order all along. Btw parking is horrible. I would call it Parkwood Projects. Worst living experience ever. Staff do not speak English to well.

After calling for 2 months with no response (that should have been clue #1), my sister & I were finally able to make arrangements to see two apartments with a man named Joe. Guess what? He stood us up! We waited for an hour. We called several times...with no answer of course. He never called us back to apologize for his poor business practices. It took us an hour to get there, just to be stood up! Imagine our fury. That was hint number two that we were dealing with a slumlord. I am happy we did not move here. After seeing how we were treated, I couldn't imagine living here...especially after reading these comments. Apparently, it was a good thing we were stood up. We probably would have been one of those angry tenents posting our horrible experience(s) on here! Glade this website is available for people like us!
