Whoever said that there was a "180" since the new owner must be insane. I have the worst neighbors who kept calling the cops on each other and screaming until 3 am, then turned up the TV at any and all times. Front office keeps heat below legal levels according to Township ordinance...they're nice and helpful the first couple times you call, but if you don't want to shiver in bed, get ready to get told "too bad, you have to wait". They come into your apartment without notifying and have construction all over, also without notification. They get away with it by saying it's an "emergency". Other tenants try to sabotage the plumbing by putting deflated basketballs and XXL t-shirts down the toilet, hoping it means they don't have to pay rent. It's a public polling place, so better make sure if you live in building C that you know when the elections are because you can't use the hallways, and will get woken up at 6 am by election personnel. Building is frequently left unlocked overnight due to disabled security doors. People leave bags of trash in the halls. Cat wandering around the building last week. Many abandoned cars turn up and take up the minimal street parking for weeks at a time. Much more that I've blocked out of my memory at this point...never move here, I'm leaving ASAP.

Wow. They must have done a 180 since I lived there last. When I lived there from 2001-2003, the heat was set on hell, I had to leave my windows open in the middle of winter. One of my friends stopped comming over because of how hot it was! Times have changed. I guess since everything is included, they give you the bare minimum. Several years ago this place had issues, but not this kind. So sad to hear what has become of this place.
