First of all, management and maintenance are very unprofessional and unresponsive to repair and noisome neighbor issues. As long as they receive your rent, they don't care if the building crumbles with you in it. The building is turning into complete disarray due to poor maintenance and ghetto neighbors from Philly and other areas. Don't waist your money or time here. Really!
