Okay, so yes, the place is beautiful. It has potiential. I can tell in its hey day it was something special. However, after all the years of wear and tear and not being fixed has really taken its toll on this antique building. Maintenance is always drunk and never comes to fix your problem. SHOULD he decide to stop by on his way for another cold one, he'll tell you he'll come back after accessing the damages and will never return. Yes, the floors are hardwood, but they're old and have not been sanded properly in probably 30 years. They continue to pile the polyurethane on it though, only trapping the dirt, grime and old wax. The laundry facilities are disgustingly dirty, old and barely work. A very scarey place to do laundry. The office staff is SERIOUSLY rude and angry all the time. They care not about your problems, only about getting every last penny that is owed to them, plus some. And other reviewers are VERY accurate in saying you will recieve a letter to appear in court if you are a day late with rent. The neighbors are stank. They are dirty and have no respect. Only rent this place is you have ABSOLUTELY no other alternatives. Then again, the street may look just as good and you wont have to spend 820.00!
