I lived there from 1999 to 2000. The one bedroom apartment I had was spacious. But there is a rodent and rouch problem. Never had a problem with the heat always warm in my apartment in the winter. One small laundry room with 3 washers and three dryers..good luck with trying to get your clothes washed. I can tell the building has seen better days and they were starting to let the mantaince go down hill.. Hallways were getting dirty..kids constantly running up and down the stairs an hallways..mail getting stolen.
