Satisfied I have lived here for about 2.5 years now and I havent had any major issues. The buildings are on a regular exterminiation maintenance schedule( Which is good because one cant control others dirty habits). Emergencies are handled in a timely manner. The grounds of the property are kept up

the management is not honest I moved out the apartment in Dec 2010 and received the letter from the management saying they will return all the deposit. However, 4 months passed and I did not see a single penny. I am filing a lawsuit against them.

Definitely Recommended I lived at Merion Trace Apartments for the past seven years as a single female and moved recently due to getting married. The rent is quite reasonable, convenient to 69th street terminal and several bus stops. There is more than ample parking and I always felt safe there.

Big Apartments I moved to Shirley Court 3 months ago. It was by far the best apartment I saw. They are bright with lots of windows and the hardwood floors are great. Before I moved I read the reviews on this site and I haven't experienced any of the negatives.
