Beautiful Spot by the river My 2 years living at the Lofts was excellent; they did a great job creating a sense of community. Tenants and staff were pleasant, the facilities beautiful and the river location is beautiful. Best of all they re pet friendly for large and small pets.

Great Environment I was at these apartments for a little over a year. The neighbors are 99% great and friendly. Everything is well maintained and they spend a lot of time cleaning to ensure it keeps that new feel. The leasing agents are all extremely friendly and are quick to resolve issues.

Positive reviews are false! Obviously management keeps writing the positive reviews. I was lied to about the flood zone as well and lost my car. Poor management here!! And to make it clear...I was told that it never floods and it was last year while I was away, not during the hurricane. I just

Great Staff! We just went through Hurricane Irene. As always, when the Schuykill River overflows, the property parking lots get a little flooded. The leasing consultants are great and e-mail all tenants to move cars to higher ground as soon as they receive notofcation from the weather
