i live here- but not for long - after witnessing SHOOTINGS in the parking lots and cops in the apartment buildings for domestic disputes, the break in to MY apartment was the last straw! This apartment building is not safe and it is not regulated. Safety is not enforced, it is a danger to everyone who lives there. Do not live there!!!!! Leechburg Gardens would be an ok place to live if the manager wasn't a B****! Hud has recieved numerous complaints on this "landlord" but nothing has been done. Whatever you do, do not live there!
