One of the best school districts in Delaware County. My neighbors are great, they are very sociable and nice. You couldn't get a better location for the money. The maintenance is great and timely. great apt I highly recommend this apartment. We rented this apartment for transition and had a one-year lease. Because we got our new house earlier, we decided to move in the fourth month. We did not get any trouble to end the lease. We got the deposit fully returned!

Very Nice The Wallingford Arms Apartments are very well maintained and offer a tremndous value for the price. They are located in an excellent school district and a very high tax community. So you get all the benefits without paying a high tax.

Lived here many years. I lived at Wallingford Arms over ten years and was very happy there. The apartments are roomy and the management is very accommodating. They keep the grounds nice and do repair work when you ask for it. I liked being close to the train station, but not on a busy street. I

Pleasant Living Conditions These apartments are great for those who work in Philadelphia, the R3 train is within walking distance. You will also pass a cleaners, post office and Wawa convience store on the way to the train station!

Too expensive for no service I have lived in these apartments for over 1 year now. What I have found is an apartment complex where the landlord has little control over what the tenants do. There is inadequate parking, no play area for children, and very small laundry facilities.

Happy here for years. I am very happy at Wallingford Arms. The maintenance personnel are very attentive and this winter's snow clearing was really exceptional. I feel secure here and my apartment is large and move in condition was the best of any of the places I looked at. I read that awful
