Roaches! Theft! Drug dealers! Oh, my.

I rented there for 1 year during a contract job I had in Philadelphia and it was one of the worst places I have ever lived. The management is very misleading about the condition of the apartments and amenities offered at this location. I had numerous problems with property theft, roaches, noise, and I was given the runaround with respect to the return of my deposit (they still refuse to give me my $700). When I moved there a year and a half ago Bucks Landing advertised a "pool" and a "walking trail". When I arrived I found that the pool had been closed by the Health Department and the "walking trail" was a cement path linking up the network of dumpsters. This is NOT a safe or clean place to live. I would not recommend it to ANYONE.
