Not that bad, but takes getting used to...

We recently moved here after paying a lot of money for rent. All I can say is that the apartments are ok. Yes, you can hear everything from other apartments, and the floors do crack. This was a problem when we moved in. We can only blame management for this not our neighbors. Maintenance sucks big time! We have phone jacks in all of rooms including the kitchen and only one was connected. When we called the office they said they are only required to have one connected. Yes, there is a big speeding problem here. As for security, I think they need to hire another company. From what I see, the security officer parks their vehicle and waits for people that speed. I would think as a security officer, you would need to drive around the community to make sure there are no robberies, no speeding and look for anything else suspicious. Not park and wait for something to come to you! All in all the apartments are fairly priced compared to others. The good thing is that they are remodling the place and things are turning out better. It doesn't take one night to fix things. Over time it'll happen.
