Where should I begin....
This is not a place where you want to live. First of all the "lovely neighbors" are rude beyond compare with the loud music and loud TVs. They think they are the only family residing here. God forbid if you would be trying to cook dinner like chicken cutlets and need to flatten the chicken breast with a kitchen mallet, you get some joker downstairs pounding on your floor. Give me a break! It's ok for you to blast your crappy music though!'
The roaches are a problem also. They crawl around like they too are paying rent and the so call exterminators are a joke.
Trying to find a parking spot in front of your building is crazy also. It seems that some of these people do not have any jobs to go to when the weather is bad.
The paint they use in this apartment is cheap dollar store crap where you cannot even wipe the walls clean w/o taking the paint off. Hey maintenance, ever heard of latex paint'''
Also the cable TV company (VK) is a joke. You only get about 50 channels if you don't have the preminum service which is still only HBO, Showtime, etc. No Comedy Network or Bravo etc.... Comcast, where are you!!!!
Just cannot wait to leave!

Thanks for the warning, this apartment is off my list of possibilities. What is going on lately with these rental offices in nice appearances apartments, Don't anyone have pride in their jobs and responsibilities to paying Tenants? I read lots of reviews in my seach for apts and the lack of upkeep and enforcing the rules on bad tenants is Shocking to me!!! It's time to save up and by a home or condo!!!
