I live in the apartment above the showing model in building two. I have a newly remodeled kitchen, bathroom and my own washer and dryer. I have no complaints! My air conditioning unit (that is supplied in ALL apartments) cools my whole apartment. I have no mold, no bugs, no mice, no problems. If you live like a slob, yes your going to have a bug problem. I had an issue with the heater not working in my bedroom, they came out the same day and got it working.

There is a squad car that sits in the parking lot at night. I believe it keeps the trouble away.

My only complaint would be, at about 10pm you will have to park in the overflow lot which is a short walk. Also, if I have my tv off I can hear what is going on in the hallway like they are in my living room with me!! BUT at times I probably play my music a little loud on the weekends when Im getting ready to go out and no one ever complains. I think we all have an understanding in my building that there will be some noise from everyone now and again. SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV

lol. your apartment only looks nice because you're in the front where they have to keep it clean. try living in the back with 8,000 disgusting mexican kids that throw trash all over the place. my apartment is spotless since i'm at work majority of the time and i still see bugs.
