Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2003
 
Maybe 40 years ago, one space per apartment was adequate, but today it is ridiculous. Parking is a major problem, and the number one reason I am moving out. The company that manages also owns a LARGE construction company, and has no excuse for not creating more spaces in useful areas, so residents do not have to park hundreds of feet away, and walk through mud to get home!!!!!
