As far as apartments go, these are not too bad. The maintenance people are nice and will fix anything you need, however they dont give you a specific time that they will show up, and they dont call first... the apartments are big and have all the ammenities you need - big plus! The parking can be bad, they only assign you one spot per apartment when they should assign 2. Watch out for car stereos, they can get stolen easily. The apartments have huge ugly windows that alllow you no privacy. They should replace them with easier to clean house windows. The plastic mini blinds always break, especially if you have cats. They should replace with wooden blinds or give people curtain rods. Rent isnt cheap but they are better apartments than most. Oh and if you live on the first floor in the winter, the heating vents are near the ceiling so you dont get warm and your gas bill gets in the 200's. I hope this helped both renters and woodstream!
