Some of apartment staff are not friendly. They don't want to be bothered. Their reactions to your problem is indifference and very slow.

The environment is dirty. It seems no one clean this place up at all. You need constantly clean your front door area all the time. Otherwise, trash piles up!

This place is also quite old. Use a lot of energy to heat and cool. You utility bill is way higher than normal
