Well first I have to say I'm really suprised at the last rating... maybe they had the wrong apt complex'' although I'm living in the 3bedroom townhouse model, maybe there are trash problems in the one bedrooms' I have never seen trash piled up at anyones stoop before.

I've round the staff really nice and always helpful and the maitenence has been the best out of any complex I've been in yet. The have always come next-day and fix the problem right the first time (as oppossed to a quick fix that you have to have them come back for in a month) AND they clean up after themselves (not leave you with a dirty footprinted floor).

The grounds are nice, Lots of grass areas and trees, which are kept up. You can do your own planting in your front/back areas too. Samll playground and nice pool (though you do have to pay for the pool).

Some of the other reviewers have had parking problems but I have not. You get one assigned parking space (as opposed to lots of places where you get NONE and have to fend for yourself). And I have never had a problem with there not being an additional empty sapce in front of my apt.
*And There are plenty of sidewalks... no reason to have to walk through mud''

The cost of Heating/Cooling seems ok to me (though I havent been here in winter yet) Its higher than my last apt, but this is a 3bdrm townhouse, so I was expecting that.

The Kitchen,Dining,Living spaces are all a nice size and there are plenty of closets (two plus a walk-in closet in the master bedroom). The master bedroom is a good size, one of the other 2 bedrooms are is an OK size and the other one is small, but ok for young child/nursery or the roommate you like the least :)

There is a full-size washer and dryer in the upstair bathroom (theres a half bath on the first level) The only complaint I have is that If you leave the door open with the dryer on you upstairs gets hot and humid (for some reason the dryer vents into the room, I dont know if it vents to the bathroom fan or what, but it WILL be a suana in the bathroom)

You also get a patio of the Living room AND the kitchen. The one of the kitchen is also fenced in for privacy. Also the big sliders let in alot of light when open so its not a dark dungen (my last apt had two tiny windows in the L/R)

The carpet was in good shape, and the kitchen floor was in OK shape (some marks) and is a pain in the ass to keep clean (its white).

Noise:
There i'snt really any outside noise. And I've havent heard anyone elses TV or anything on the first level. The bedrooms are a little less noise-proof. I have on several occasions heard neighbors music though the bedroom walls (though that could also be attributed to the nieghbors, as they play it very LOUDLY).

You nieghbors:
The prices here are on the high side for one and two bedroom apts. They are equal to other places as far as the townhouses go. Which is a good thing for me as i have a townhouse and the high 1 2 Bedroom rent keep out much of the Riff-Raff. (my last apt was a daily struggle with loud Rap music and screaming kids every waking moment of every day.. by the way, In case you were wondering I lived in the CRESTWOOD APTS in bensalem... dont live there, Its horrible, See my review on it if you dont belive me)

All-in-All I like it here. (OH I ALMOST FORGOT, You can paint! LOL maybe not a big deal to you but I HATE white walls)

Would reccommend It.

I'm not sure if you'll see my response to your posting, but I wanted to say thank you. I am in the process of moving and finding a new place to rent. I was actually looking to rent a Townhouse from Woodstream. Your review was very helpful. I'll be moving in with two roomates in the fall. Hope to see you around. Thanks again. Jarret
