Apartments are large. Heating and A/C is very expensive becuase units are very very old and provide almost no forced air for heat or A/C to circulate. Upstairs is very hot in summer and downstairs is cold in winter. All apts facing Street Road are extremely noisey. Management does not give any warning about this as they do not discount for the noise factor so beware as this is something to consider before renting. The apts facing Street Road have very little parking for visitors, another issue to consider. There are substantial rent increases every year without warning, this is no small matter if you're not making big bucks and getting big raises every year. These apartments were built in the 50s or 60s, most of them have been renovated but others are dingy. Check all windows, screens, and tub drainage before renting. Most important...do not rent apts on Street Road unless they give you a big discount. No one will listen when you complain about the noise and parking problem.
