I lived in what was then called Woodstream for an ok year. Like any appartment complex, there was good and bad. Maintenace was always there to look at a problem the same day you called, even though at times it would take them 2-3 visits to actually get the problem fixed. As stated in previous reviews, don't expect a heating or air condition bill under 150 especially with the 3 bedroom. During the winter the downstair area is ALWAYS cold and your bill is still around the 300 mark. Walls are very thin so don't expect to sleep too well if you have loud neighbors. In the heavily wooded areas, you're always going to get bugs in the house no matter how clean you keep it and how many times you spray. Parking was good where we were staying but noticed some lots in the complex that were always packed. My car was broken into once but got lucky and only lost my cd collection. As long as you pay your rent at the most 2 days after due and follow the guidlines there, you won't have a problem with the front office. We were on good terms with them while living there and they never gave us a problem, and we actually got our security deposit back! Amazing, huh'
