they raised our rent almost $300.00 a month in 2007. the management sucks and are very rude. it's nothing but old broads that think they are something, when they are nothing but crap, and every time you have a problem with something, they tell you, "i don't know what to tell you". nothing is updated, gas/electric cost you about $250 a month, any repairs that need to be made will take about a month to be fixed. car break-ins all the time,drugs are a big problem here, 1 parking spot even if you have multiple cars, and if no parking around staff will tell you to park in the fire lane and then call the cops so that you get a ticket.

all in all this place sucks might as well be a sister unit to bucks landing formally known as centenial village.

please read all the reviews first before you consider this place and any other place and see that the good reviews are nothing but sale pitches. what ever you do don't live here you will regret it.

OH boy!! if you talk to "anyone" the way you write, no wonder why you get negative responses!! I hope you leave this nice complex SOON!!! ARE YOU GONE YET?? we need people who would appreciate the new management who are doing everything they can to make this place the best in the area.

To Anonymous: Why do you seem so offended by the negative comment? You sound like you own the place. Instead of sitting on the computer responding to negative comments about your complex you should be taking the time to ensure that the tenants that you have are satisfied. Posting fake positive comments on www.apartmentratings.com will not help you because there is someting seriously wrong with your complex and the people running it. The sooner you realize that, the sooner you can start on making things right. I lived in your complex for a year and it cost me a lot more than it should. Not just in rent but also in auto repairs after a car break-in. There are crappier complexes in the area that have private security that patrols their grounds at night. I am making it my personal mission to inform any potential renter of the things they should be aware of if they are considering renting at Jefferson on the Creek. By now you should be aware that a lower rating on apartmentratings.com will influence some potential renters. These people have a right to know the truth about your complex. Stop posting fake positive comments.
