I was surfing the web and decided to check out Jefferson on the creek. I was surprised what some people wrote. You're not going to please everyone and people will comment on the bad and not the good! So I will. My husband and I actually think this is the nicest place in the area. It's clean and the grounds are much better since it was bought by the new people.The maintenance guys come out asap if we need something fixed. Yes, the rent went up but it does everywhere. All in all we like it and would recommend living here.

Stop posting fake positive comments about your own complex. That's not cool. Don't lie to people. Tell them about the teenagers that hang out late at night doing drugs and egging cars. Tell them about the paper thin floors and the crappy paint job. Tell them about the old windows that drives up your energy bill to ridiculous amounts. Tell them about the rude office staff that don't seem to realize that the tenants pay their salary. POTENTIAL RENTER BEWARE: Rent at your own risk. If you do, I'll bet anything that you won't be there more than one year. The high rent and high utility bill will be enough to drive you out of the place.
