The police have been several times to check-things-out or to ARREST the riff-raff. Police "visits" are INCREASING in number. Outsiders drive to JOTC & just sit in their cars in the parking lot. Once in a while they get out & walk about, other times people come to their cars. I'm sure that this is drug related. I blew out the electricity when drying my hair (I only had electricity in 2 sockets). The rental office said they "might get to it" same day. 1.5 days later maintenance showed up & said "I can't see, where are your lights'" I swear! I moved in at approx 895/mo, one year later it is 930/mo. The electric bill is about 100/month (PECO). I can hear my neighbor's TV & answering machine. Parking is completely ------ - and don't look for any help from J.O.T.C. I have had at least 3 confrontations/incidents over parking. Each time the person didn't live there and becamse threatening in their behavior when asked to move their car (standing in my face, cussing, threatening physical stance). This place is becoming a ghetto - a better ghetto, but a ghetto nonetheless. There is more & more trash all over. So if you like expensive ghettos, you will enjoy Jefferson on the Creek! I promise!
