I am about to move out of here in a month and I can tell you that the negative reviews are all TRUE. The people writing those positive reviews seem to be taking the negative reviews too personal. Why' The complex is obviously writing their own positive reviews because all of the negative reviews have a common theme: overpriced, high utility bill, rude staff, parking, drugs, and personal safety. All these people couldn't be lying. My best suggestion to you would be to take a drive into the complex and ask a couple of the current residents about the issues I just mentioned. You can even take it a step further and check with the Warminster police. No matter how many fake positive reviews the complex posts, they can't deny all of the police reports about vandalism, drugs, and auto theft and break-ins.

you are right, if you talk with any of the residents they will tell you the same. Do you know how much my Electric and Gas bill was? $335.77 for June. I lived in a house, and my electric was never more than $100.00 in the summer.Do not move in.

I really don't think the place is that bad....parking can be a pain..but that doesn't bother me cause I have one car and you get one spot. The gas is bad. But in the winter not summer. I have a 3bdrm townhouse and my peco bill in the summer averaged $100 in the winter it did get as high as $240. Plus I work from home so I am in there ALL the time! I think the staff is nice. I do see what you are saying about the drugs....I don't know if it is that and I have never had a run in w/ anything but I feel like my safety is fine cause cops are constantly making a drive thru. or going to something..but I have never had a problem

The police are out in full force in Kensington, North Philadelphia and West Philadelphia. Does that mean it is safe to live there? I had a drug dealer knocking at my door at 12 midnight making a delivery to the downstairs apartment and knocked on the wrong door. If my 12 year old would have answered the door, could you imagine what could have happened to her?
