If you are remotely considering moving to Jefferson on the Creek, you are probably a participant in "Project Transition." If you are not part of Project Transition, you should absolutely familiarize yourself with them, because they will be your new neighbors.

Since Jefferson on the Creek assumed management of this complex, it has steadily gone downhill. Rents have risen enormously each year, and the quality of incoming tenants has deteriorated.

After noting suspicious activity among some neighbors, we asked management if there was some sort of group home situation in the complex. They replied, NO, and wondered where we had heard such a thing.

Through the Warminster Police Dept, we recently found out that the management flat-out lied to us.

Some of our good neighbors have already left the complex due to the rising rents and fear for the safety of their children - after one of these new residents invited their young son to come play inside his apt.

We have only 2 good neighbors left and they will likely be leaving soon now that they now about Project Transition.

If you have any doubts about the veracity of this review, just come visit the complex. If you stand around the parking lot for a little while, you will have the pleasure of witnessing a resident arguing loudly with himself...or perhaps moving around with his arms outstretched, because he thinks he is an airplane.

It's all very fascinating to observe, and I feel for the Project Transition participants, and wish them the best. But management should not lie to tenants who have safety concerns.
