I have lived here for 1 year.my apt was completly renovated & it was better than others around. Apts are larger then most in the area. A little more expensive but,
I like the private entrance & the wooded scenery. The maintenance people are polite & usually come out the day of complaint or the next. Parking is 1 spot per unit sometimes it is ruff finding a close spot if you have 2 cars. The windows are old but I have a 2bd 1st floor & my bill is uasually 150.$$ The office staff are always polite & professional.About noise. Well i don't really have much noise over my head cause my nieghbors are very thoughtfull. (plus they have no small kids running around over my head)So over all I really like it hear.

This review really does sound like an ad. How do you know that your apt was better than the others around? Did you go into to each and everyone of your neighbors' apartments? I doubt it. The quality of this place went downhill really fast and it continues to go downhill. My God, kids have gone missing in this place. To anyone thinking about moving to this place, PLEASE do your research with the Warminster police department. Don't trust any positive review you see on this site. The police won't lie to you.

i moved into this complex earlier this year and this doesn't sound like an ad to me especially since this person gave the apartment a rating of 3 out of 5. anyone who applies to live in the complex gets a choice of remodeled or standard apartments, that's an option that everyone is offered and not an assumption of this author. after looking at both, i chose the "outdated" 2 bed 1 bath since it was the first floor and i have dogs and it's cheaper. i plan on moving out in 2010 to buy a house. i live in the "800" side of the complex where there is mainly townhomes even though i live in the apartment. i haven't had any issues here, but i DO look foward to when i can buy my house.
